osborn horse drawn mower, auburn usa

anuy one have information on osborn mowers. bought one at sale in ohio. can't find anything online? mower is blue and yellow and is in good shape. don't know if it new or old?

Hi Dave, the info I have is that Osborne,DM & Co.Ayburn,NY,USA. Mowers 1881-1901. 'Columbia' mowers 1901. Est. 1853, acquired by International Harvester Co ( q.v )c.1903. Continued under Osborne logo untill c.1918.
They also made corn harvesters,cultivators,harrows,hay rakes,reaper-binders,water carts and pumps.
That is all the info I have In a book, so cant answer any other questions! Hope this of some help. Shane
