This week on Rural Heritage on RFD-TV. We visit Shields-Ethridge Historic Farm near Jefferson, Georgia. Gene Englund shows us the buildings and artifacts at this turn-of-the-century farm featuring large cotton mill, blacksmith shot, commissary and grist mill. A new episode. Friday, Aug 23 at 1 pm Central Time and Saturday Aug 24 at 2 pm, Central Time.

Our program for this week, Friday and Saturday both, has been preempted for livestock auctions. We will be back next week with a new show about making hay at the Farm at Prophetstown. I will put up a reminder next week. In the meantime, here is the show we had ready for this weekend but won't be shown.
